Business Development Manager (IT Services)

Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients.
* Identify customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Coordinate with technical teams to deliver customer requirements.
* Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
Required Skills
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Experience in selling IT services such as Software Development, Web Applications, Mobile Applications, CRM, ERP, HRMS, or Digital Marketing solutions.
* Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
Qualification
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
* MBA is an added advantage.
