PINC Family is expanding our Direct Sales team in Coimbatore, and we're on the hunt for a results-driven leader to scale our Non-EB business across multiple product lines.

✅ Drive business development for your region
✅ Build strategic partnerships with corporate clients and insurance partners
✅ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
✅ Structure tailored insurance solutions for senior stakeholders
✅ Identify cross-sell opportunities and deliver consistent YoY growth
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:
✔️ 2+ years in insurance sales with strong Non-EB expertise
✔️ Proven track record in team leadership and revenue growth
✔️ Sharp commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Ability to influence, negotiate, and close complex deals
