🚀 We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager - FinTech & Digital Payments
One Klick Payment is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Mumbai - Goregaon.
We are a Technology & B2B FinTech service provider focused on building digital payment infrastructure, APIs, web development solutions, and B2B admin portals. We’re looking for a driven business development professional who can identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, generate revenue, and contribute to business growth across the FinTech and Banking ecosystem.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, leads, merchants, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
- Drive lead generation, revenue growth, client acquisition, and business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, merchants, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, business discussions, negotiations, and commercial closures.
- Develop opportunities across FinTech, Banking, BFSI, Payments, Travel, and Technology segments.
- Promote and sell solutions including BBPS, APIs, Web Development, AEPS, Payment Gateway, Payout, and other digital payment solutions.
- Manage the complete business development cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver appropriate technology and payment solutions.
💡 Skills & Requirements
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Revenue Generation, or related roles.
- Experience or strong understanding of the FinTech & Banking domain.
- Good knowledge of BBPS, APIs, Web Development, AEPS, Payment Gateway, Payout, FinTech, Banking, and Travel segments.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, corporate tie-ups, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of identifying and converting business opportunities.
- Candidates with experience in FinTech, BFSI, Digital Payments, Payment Solutions, or Banking
- Technology will be preferred.
