Hiring: Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and other key stakeholders, and driving business growth for 2050 Healthcare Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and build relationships with patients, doctors, hospitals, and clinics to promote 2050 Healthcare services.
- Generate new leads and expand the business network through regular interaction with key stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other potential partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and business partners.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations Team to ensure smooth execution and conversion of leads.
- Interact regularly with customers to collect feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Explore new markets and develop initiatives to support business expansion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, partnerships, follow-ups, and business development activities.
- Take ownership of assigned targets and ensure timely achievement.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Healthcare, Hospital, or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven ability to generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field.
- Ability to think strategically and execute business plans effectively.
