Company: EverydaySmile Healthcare Solutions (Eurodudz Private Limited)
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (extensive travel across UP)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Experience: 1-4 years
Industry: Healthcare / Medical Devices
Compensation: ₹3,00,000 per annum fixed + quarterly performance incentives + separate travel and operational allowance
About Us
EverydaySmile (Eurodudz Private Limited) is a healthcare growth and transformation company built for hospitals and clinics across Tier 2 and Tier 3 India. We work exclusively in healthcare, and we are now expanding our on-ground presence across Uttar Pradesh.
The Role
We are hiring a Business Development Manager (Individual Contributor, Field Sales) to sell our Pressure Injector to diagnostic and imaging centres with CT-scan facilities across Lucknow and major cities of Uttar Pradesh.
This is not a desk job and not a people-management role. It is a high-ownership, on-ground sales position for someone who enjoys daily client meetings, travel and closing deals personally.
What You Will Do
- Identify and engage diagnostic and imaging centres with CT-scan facilities across your territory
- Present the Pressure Injector to decision-makers: owners, radiologists, centre heads and procurement teams
- Coordinate product demonstrations and answer technical and commercial questions
- Negotiate terms and close sales to meet quarterly targets
- Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business, servicing needs and referrals
- Own and grow the sales pipeline across Lucknow and key UP cities
- Travel extensively to meet prospective and existing clients on the ground
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and deal stages in the CRM
- Use Excel / Google Sheets for pipeline tracking and share regular sales reports and market feedback with leadership
Who You Are
You are a hands-on B2B or healthcare salesperson who is comfortable walking into a diagnostic centre, meeting the owner and having a real commercial conversation. You follow up without being chased and negotiate with confidence.
We want candidates who can talk concretely about deals they have personally closed: the client, the product, the price, the objections and the outcome. Job titles and years on paper are not enough.
Requirements
- Graduate degree (any discipline); MBA in Sales, Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in healthcare products or services (medical device, diagnostics, hospital or pharma sales preferred)
- Proven track record of target achievement, revenue contribution or personally closed deals
- Fluency in Hindi and English, verbal and written (compulsory)
- Your own laptop and your own two-wheeler or four-wheeler
- Willingness to travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh
Good to have: exposure to CT / imaging equipment or capital medical equipment sales, and existing relationships with diagnostic centres or radiologists in UP.
Skills We Value
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, ownership-first mindset
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel / Google Sheets
Compensation & Terms
- Fixed salary: ₹3,00,000 per annum
- Incentives: linked to sales, paid quarterly
- Travel and operational allowance: provided separately
- Targets: set quarterly and directly tied to incentive payout
- Probation: 3 months from date of joining; continuation based on performance
Why Join EverydaySmile
- Work directly with the founding team of a fast-growing healthcare-tech company
- Earnings that grow with your results
- High-ownership, early-stage environment with fast-tracked growth
- A chance to build a medical device sales territory from the ground up.
