Role Description The Business Development Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The intern will assist in identifying new business opportunities, supporting lead generation activities, and conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining customer databases, preparing basic sales and performance reports, and supporting outreach efforts through calls, emails, and meetings. The intern will collaborate with sales and customer service teams to help nurture client relationships and contribute to the growth of the business. This role provides hands-on experience in business development within the textiles sector and an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market and business data.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to support lead generation activities and engage with potential customers.
- Capability to conduct structured market research and summarize key findings.
- Customer service mindset, with an interest in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort with online research tools.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi, learn quickly, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
