🚀 We're Hiring | Business Development Intern – HR & Payroll Services
Bright Path Consultancy Services is looking for enthusiastic, ambitious and motivated candidates to join our team as Business Development Interns!
📍 Location: Chennai
🏠 Work Mode: Remote
⏳ Duration: 3 Months
💰 Stipend: No stipend during the first 3 months
Role & Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential B2B clients through LinkedIn and other online platforms
• Generate qualified leads through calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
• Connect with HR Managers, Founders, Directors and Business Owners
• Introduce our HR & Payroll services to prospective clients
• Schedule client meetings and service discussions
• Maintain lead trackers, client databases and sales reports
• Prepare presentations, business proposals and quotations
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication
• Submit weekly activity and performance reports
