Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive outbound sales, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into customers.
The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, hands-on experience in cold calling and cold emailing, and strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls and cold email campaigns to identify potential customers.
- Prospect and engage HR managers, recruitment leads, business owners, IT Project Managers and decision-makers.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Present Product features, benefits, and value proposition to prospects.
- Schedule product demos and follow up with potential customers.
- Handle objections, negotiate, and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect records in the CRM.
- Consistently achieve monthly lead generation, meetings, and sales targets.
- Research target markets and identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to conduct cold calls and cold email outreach.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to communicate with international prospects, particularly US and UK customers.
- Good understanding of lead generation and sales conversion.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Experience in selling SaaS, IT services, HR technology, or software products is an advantage.
