ERP HubSpot is hiring a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help us grow our software business by connecting with educational institutions and healthcare organisations.

What you’ll work on:
• Visit schools, colleges, universities and healthcare institutions
• Identify and connect with the right decision-makers
• Schedule meetings with management and key decision-makers
• Give product presentations and software demos
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into business
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal team
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and potential clients

What We’re Looking For:
• MBA preferred – IT / Marketing or related specialisation
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Confident while communicating with senior management and decision-makers
• Good understanding of B2B sales and business development
• Comfortable with regular field visits
• Ability to independently generate and schedule meetings
• Strong follow-up, negotiation and closing skills
• Target-oriented with a professional approach
We’re looking for someone who can meet prospects, understand their requirements, deliver effective demos and take opportunities forward — not just make calls or generate leads.
