Role Description The Business Development Executive will work on-site in Kochi in a full-time capacity, focusing on driving new business opportunities and revenue growth for Zartek Technologies. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and conducting outreach via calls, emails, meetings, and online platforms. The role involves presenting Zartek’s services and solutions to prospective clients, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal technical and design teams to shape tailored offerings. The Business Development Executive will maintain relationships with existing accounts, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership. Day-to-day work also includes market research, competitive analysis, and participation in events or client visits to strengthen Zartek’s presence in key markets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with experience in building and managing a qualified sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills, including client relationship handling, negotiating, and opportunity tracking.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical services clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in B2B technology or software services sales, preferably in mobile, web, or AI solutions, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, including comfort with CRM tools and basic sales reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with IT/software development processes and startup or consulting environments is an advantage.
