Role Description This full-time on-site role, based in Karnal, is for a Business Development Executive who will drive growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, managing sales pipelines, and building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. The role involves preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and quotations, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The Business Development Executive will maintain accurate records of interactions and performance metrics, follow up consistently to close deals, and collaborate with management on sales strategies and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage New Business Development and Lead Generation activities, including prospecting, outreach, and opportunity qualification.
- Demonstrated understanding of Business and Account Management processes, with experience in nurturing and retaining client relationships.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interactions.
- Experience or familiarity with software development, web services, or digital marketing domains is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to meet targets, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working on-site in Karnal and engaging with clients across different regions and time zones.
