Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)
📍 Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad (Work From Office)
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

What You'll Do
- Connect with qualified leads who have shown interest in our programs.
- Conduct consultation calls and understand each prospect's goals.
- Explain our training programs and guide prospects through the enrollment process.
- Follow up consistently with interested leads.
- Handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and daily sales reports.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to improve conversions.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Education Sales, EdTech Sales, Training Sales, or High-Ticket Sales.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Telugu is an added advantage).
- Experience handling consultation-based or high-value sales.
- Confident in objection handling and closing deals.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and follow-up processes.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
- Must be willing to work from our Hyderabad office.
