Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive institutional partnerships and student engagement across Kochi and Bengaluru. The role involves collaborating with colleges, conducting awareness sessions, and promoting career and skill development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with government and private colleges.
- Conduct campus outreach, career guidance sessions, and workshops.
- Coordinate with placement officers, faculty, and institutional stakeholders.
- Drive student mobilization and program participation.
- Travel across assigned regions for outreach activities.
- Track engagement activities and prepare reports.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in Business Development, Campus Outreach, or Institutional Engagement.
- Experience working with colleges, universities, or educational institutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, or Skill Development is preferred.
