Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can identify potential clients, generate leads, conduct meetings, and close advertising deals. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
* Schedule and attend client meetings.
* Present Teenzio Vista advertising solutions to businesses.
* Understand client marketing requirements and recommend suitable advertising packages.
* Follow up with prospects until closure.
* Negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
* Update CRM with daily sales activities and client status.
* Coordinate with the operations team after deal closure.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline).
* 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
* Own two-wheeler preferred.

Compensation
* Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

* 20+ outbound calls per day
