We're Hiring | Business Development Officer
CAP-INDEX is a Kerala-based financial services company established in 2019, providing investment and wealth-management solutions across Equity, Commodities, Mutual Funds, Derivatives, and Insurance.
We are looking for a Business Development Officer who is confident, relationship-oriented, and motivated by building a strong career in financial services.
💼 What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads and acquire new clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Meet prospective clients and understand their financial needs
- Present CAP-INDEX's financial products and services professionally
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into business
- Contribute to business growth within your assigned territory
🎯 What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Experience in financial products is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Confident in meeting clients and developing relationships
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Malayalam communication skills are essential
- English communication skills are an added advantage
📚 No Financial-Market Background? That's Okay.
Comprehensive product and industry training will be provided.
We are looking for people with the right sales mindset, communication skills, and willingness to learn. Financial-services experience is preferred but not mandatory.
