Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* 1–2 years of experience in the overseas education / study-abroad industry, preferably in Business Development, Sales, Student Recruitment, or Agent Relations.
* Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with education consultants and B2B partners.
* Good knowledge of international education markets, universities, and student recruitment processes.
* Willingness to travel for agent visits, business meetings, education fairs, and networking events.
* Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
* Basic proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace, and reporting systems.
