Role Description The Business Development Executive role at HARIOE is a full-time, on-site position based in Erode. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for fashion and lifestyle products. The Business Development Executive will develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, conduct regular meetings with prospective and existing clients, and present brand offerings in a compelling, professional manner. Daily responsibilities include researching market trends, coordinating with internal teams on pricing and proposals, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports for leadership. The role also requires consistent collaboration with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience and support long-term brand growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills.
- Candidates should possess Business acumen, including market understanding and strategic planning skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client engagement and internal collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including relationship building, follow-up, and retention planning.
- Relevant experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Erode, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic analytics, and MS Office or similar productivity software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
