We're Hiring — Business Development Executive (FRP Solar Walkways & Industrial Pallets)
Location: Gujarat (Ahmedabad / Vadodara / Surat preferred) | Territory: Pan India
ERCON Group, Jodhpur — manufacturing since 1967 — is expanding its solar infrastructure and industrial packaging business, and we're looking for someone to drive it on the ground.
What you'll sell
🔹 FRP moulded gratings & solar walkways under our N E Grates brand — for rooftop solar installations, plant walkways, platforms and trench covers
🔹 Plastic pallets & drum spill pallets under our ERCON brand — rotomoulded and injection moulded, for warehousing, chemicals, pharma, food and export packaging
Who we're looking for
✅ 2–5 years in B2B / project / industrial sales
✅ Contacts with solar EPC contractors — particularly those executing industrial and commercial rooftop installations
✅ Comfortable selling a technical product: load ratings, spans, corrosion resistance, anti-skid specs
✅ Willing to travel pan-India — your territory has no boundaries
✅ Based in or willing to relocate to Gujarat
✅ Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi and English
Strong advantage if you have
→ Sold FRP, GRP or composite products previously
→ Worked with solar developers, EPC firms or project consultants
→ Experience selling into industrial or chemical plants
→ Dealt with government / PSU tenders (we're registered on GeM and IREPS)
