Hiring: Business Development Executive
Location: Greater Noida West (Work From Office)
Shift: US Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Salary: ₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA (Based on Experience & Interview)
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in US market or International Market lead generation. The ideal candidate should have experience generating qualified leads for Accounting & Bookkeeping Outsourcing and IT Services through various outbound channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads from the US market for:
- Accounting & Bookkeeping Services
- Tax & Payroll Services
- IT Services (Managed IT, Software Development, Web Development, Cloud Services, etc.)
- Identify and connect with decision-makers such as Business Owners, CFOs, Controllers, Finance Managers, and CPA Firms.
- Conduct lead research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Clutch, company websites, and other prospecting tools.
- Execute outbound prospecting through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead data and activity records in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Market Business Development or Lead Generation.
- Experience generating Accounting & Bookkeeping and IT Services leads is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of outbound lead generation and prospecting.
- Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in the US night shift.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with international clients, especially in the US market.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead qualification.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve lead generation targets.
