We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who is passionate about sales and wants to build a successful career in digital marketing.
Role Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and converting leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing services.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal team.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Follow up with prospects and close deals.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and client interaction.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
