Are you an energetic, target-driven sales professional who loves building relationships, generating leads, and closing business opportunities?
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive franchise sales and help expand our Digital Doctor Clinic network across India.
🔹 What You’ll Do
• Identify and generate new franchise sales opportunities through cold calling, digital leads, referrals & networking
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective franchise partners
• Explain our business model, investment requirements & revenue potential
• Conduct online/offline presentations, product demonstrations & business meetings
• Qualify prospects based on investment capability and business suitability
• Follow up with leads and drive them towards successful closure
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, onboarding & franchise launch
• Achieve monthly & quarterly franchise sales targets
• Participate in exhibitions, healthcare events & business networking programs
• Build relationships with doctors, entrepreneurs, pharmacists, healthcare professionals & investors
• Prepare sales reports and share market insights with management
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong Business Development & Sales skills
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation abilities
✅ Target-oriented with a strong closing mindset
✅ Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
✅ Strategic thinking, market analysis & problem-solving skills
✅ Knowledge of healthcare, digital health services or healthcare regulations is an advantage
✅ Strong relationship-building and team coordination skills
