We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for our BPO Outsourcing business.
Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Asansol, West Bengal
Experience: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new clients looking to outsource their business processes.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable outsourcing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the BPO outsourcing industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in client acquisition and lead generation.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
