Key Responsibilities
* Contact and follow up with potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
* Generate new leads and convert inquiries into sales.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Handle customer queries and provide product information.
* Update and maintain customer data in the CRM.
* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
* 0–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development.
* Excellent communication skills in Malayalam,Tamil and English
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
