Job Summary
ASRK LLC is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying, acquiring, and managing Tier-1 and Prime Vendor partnerships within the US IT Staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the US staffing market, and a proven ability to build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire new Tier-1 and Prime Vendors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective vendor partners.
* Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
* Schedule meetings with prospective vendors and present ASRK LLC’s staffing capabilities.
* Negotiate commercial terms and establish long-term business partnerships.
* Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely submission of qualified consultants.
* Maintain an active pipeline of prospective vendors and track business development activities.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
* Stay updated on US IT Staffing market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 3–5 years of experience in Business Development – US IT Staffing.
* Proven experience in acquiring and managing Tier-1 and Prime Vendor relationships.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Experience with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
* Strong understanding of the US IT Staffing industry.
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
