Our core service is AI Automation, along with Custom Software Development, Website Development, Mobile Applications, CRM Solutions, and Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Online Lead Generation
- Identify potential business clients through LinkedIn, Google Search, business directories, and other platforms.
- Conduct targeted email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and cold calling.
- Identify business owners, founders, directors, and decision-makers.
- Research companies that could benefit from AI automation and technology solutions.
- Follow up consistently and schedule qualified sales meetings.
2. Offline Lead Generation
- Visit businesses and offices across Mumbai and nearby business hubs.
- Build relationships with business owners, manufacturers, real estate companies, clinics, and other potential clients.
- Develop referral networks and explore local business networking opportunities.
- Arrange meetings and demonstrations for interested prospects.
3. Monthly Performance Targets
The candidate will be expected to work towards measurable monthly targets, initially proposed as:
- 300 new prospects researched.
- 400–500 outreach activities, including calls, emails, and messages.
- 25–30 qualified leads.
- 8–12 sales meetings or product/service demonstrations.
- 4–6 proposals or quotations.
- Target of 1–3 new clients, depending on sales cycle and deal size.
Targets will be reviewed and refined based on actual performance and business requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Mumbai-based candidates only.
- Experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, online prospecting, and offline client visits.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and focused on measurable results.
- IT services or SaaS sales experience is an advantage.
Compensation & Growth
- Salary as per industry standards and experience.
- Performance-based incentives linked to business results.
- Opportunity to work with AI automation and modern business technology solutions.

Please apply only if you are serious about business development and comfortable working towards monthly targets.
