Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end learner conversations from the first touchpoint through enrollment.
- Understand learner goals and guide them with clarity and empathy.
- Conduct follow-ups, handle objections, and support learners in making informed decisions.
- Maintain quality and consistency across all learner interactions.
- Accurately document conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Build relationships with learners through calls, events, and networking opportunities.
