Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate (Fresher) role based in Bengaluru North. The role involves identifying and reaching out to prospective learners and corporate clients, explaining Teknowgrade’s programs and services, and generating new leads through calls, messages, and meetings. The associate will conduct product demos, follow up with interested prospects, and support them through the enrollment process. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with the marketing and operations teams, and contributing to outreach campaigns and events to drive growth.

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present learning solutions clearly and confidently.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, prospect follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
