💼 Your Role
As a BDA, you will be responsible for expanding Avinya Edutech's presence across schools in Mysuru and nearby regions.
• Identify and approach CBSE/ICSE/State Board schools
• Meet Principals, Management and School Decision Makers
• Present our Robotics, STEM, AI, Coding, English Language Lab and Future Skills programs
• Generate and convert school leads
• Conduct school visits and product demonstrations
• Build long-term relationships with schools
• Follow up and close school partnerships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in the Education Industry
✅ Experience in school sales / EdTech / educational programs preferred
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✅ Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated
✅ Willingness to travel for school visits
✅ Existing contacts with schools will be an advantage
