About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented **Business Development Associate (BDA)** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, messages, email, and other channels.
Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Explain our services and communicate the value we can provide to clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal team for client discussions.
Maintain lead information and regularly update follow-up status.
Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
Research competitors, market trends, and potential client segments.
Convert qualified leads into clients and support the sales process from enquiry to closure
Requirements
Good English communication skills – written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Confident and comfortable communicating with clients.
Basic knowledge of sales and business development is an advantage.
Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.
Good learning attitude and willingness to take initiative.
