Job Title : Business Development Associate (BDA)
Location : Chennai
Shift : US Shifts only, 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (IST), Monday – Friday
Job Summary
We are hiring a Business Development Associate to support lead generation and client outreach
for our US IT staffing services. The role includes identifying hiring needs, reaching out to
potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, maintaining CRM records, and screening
RFP/RFQ/RFI opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and hiring needs in the US staffing market
- Perform cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads
- Maintain and update leads, follow-ups, and client details in CRM
- Research target companies and market hiring trends
- Screen RFP, RFQ, and RFI opportunities for staffing services
- Support proposal writing and bid submissions
- Coordinate with recruitment and sales teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or US staffing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Understanding of RFP/RFQ/RFI or proposal support is a plus
