Role: Business Development Associate – Inside Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate sales and lead records.
Training & Compensation
- Training Period: 1 Month
- Training Stipend: ₹15,000 + Incentives
- Post-Training Salary: Up to ₹25,000 + Incentives
- Salary increment based on performance.
