📣 We're Hiring: Business Development Associate — Naturals at Home, Bengaluru
Naturals at Home (the home beauty services arm of Naturals Salon & Spa) is growing our beautician network across Bengaluru — and we need someone who can pick up the phone and make it happen.
What you'll do:
📞 Cold call and onboard beauticians onto our platform
🤝 Build referral pipelines to grow supply organically
🎯 Hit onboarding targets, own your pipeline end-to-end
What we need:
✅ 1–3 yrs in telecalling / BD / field sales (beauty or gig-economy experience preferred)
✅ Prior experience in home services companies — big plus
✅ Hustle — this is a target-driven, high-outreach role
✅ Based in Bengaluru, available 6 days/week from office
