About the Role
Moledro is looking for a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of the premium/luxury fashion industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding a designer brand's presence across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new business opportunities through multi-designer stores, luxury boutiques, and strategic retail partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, fashion retailers, stylists, and industry stakeholders.
- Drive B2B sales and business expansion across domestic and international markets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential growth channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams including branding, production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order execution.
- Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, fashion events, and brand collaborations.
- Track sales performance, prepare business reports, and recommend strategies to improve revenue.
- Develop client retention and after-sales engagement strategies.
Candidate Profile
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Fashion Business, Fashion Communication, or a related fashion discipline.
- 1–3 years of Business Development, Sales, or Brand Partnerships experience in the premium/luxury fashion industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail, designer brands, and multi-designer stores.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Canva.
Preferred
- Existing network with luxury boutiques, buyers, or multi-designer stores.
- Experience working with designer labels or premium fashion brands.
- Exposure to international markets is an added advantage.
