Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Intern role based in Ludhiana. The Sales Intern will support the sales team in identifying potential clients, presenting Wedding Asia’s offerings, and assisting with follow-ups to drive lead conversion. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with walk-in visitors and exhibitors, responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and participating in sales events and promotional activities. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication, learning sales processes and tools, and providing excellent service to prospective and existing partners. The intern will be encouraged to actively contribute ideas to improve sales outreach and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management.
- Candidates should possess the ability to learn quickly and participate in Training related to sales processes.
- Candidates should possess good interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Basic knowledge of the wedding or events industry is a plus, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
