Role Description
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented individual to support student outreach, lead generation and marketing activities for our management education and career guidance programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound tele-calls to prospective students and generate interest in our programs/services.
* Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp and social media.
* Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead databases.
* Assist in promoting CAT, XAT, SNAP, NMAT, MBA/PGDM admissions and related services.
* Support social media content, campaigns, webinars, seminars and student events.
* Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Skills Required
* Good communication and convincing skills
* Comfortable making frequent calls and speaking with students/parents
* Positive, proactive and target-oriented approach
* Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is preferred
