Position: Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executives to identify potential clients, generate leads, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, social media, networking, and other channels.
* Connect with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
* Present company services and solutions to potential clients.
* Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and execution.
* Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.
Requirements:
* 0–2 years of experience in business development or sales; freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Self-motivated and comfortable working with targets.
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing/media services is an advantage.
