Promicon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executive to support and accelerate our growth initiatives. If you have a passion for sales, client engagement, and digital solutions, we’d love to connect with you!
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients to understand their business needs.
- Assist in executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
📌 Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in E-commerce).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and E-commerce concepts.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
