Manage the complete RFQ-to-Order lifecycle.
โ
Review RFQs and prepare accurate commercial quotations.
โ
Coordinate with Sales, Product Managers, Customers, and Manufacturers (MFRs)/Principals.
โ
Ensure compliance with pricing policies, commercial terms, and approval processes.
โ
Drive quotation-to-order conversion through proactive follow-ups.
โ
Coordinate Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, supplier orders, and customer deliveries.
โ
Generate MIS, POS reports, and business performance reports.
โ
Maintain ERP/CRM data accuracy and contribute to continuous process improvements.
๐ช๐ต๐ผ ๐ช๐ฒ'๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฟ:
โ Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, or Business Administration.
โ 1โ5 years of relevant experience (Freshers with relevant education or internship experience are also welcome).
โ Knowledge of Commercial Operations, Sales Support, Product Support, Order Management, or the Electronics/Semiconductor industry is an advantage.
โ Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and commercial understanding.
โ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, CRM applications, and Outlook.
โ Fluent in English and Hindi.
โ A self-driven, detail-oriented professional with excellent ownership and customer focus.
