About the Role.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive E-commerce & Supply Chain Operations Executive to support our day-to-day marketplace, inventory, and supply chain operations.
The role combines responsibilities across order management, inventory control, demand forecasting, stock planning, marketplace operations, reporting, system management, and process improvement.
You will work with multiple international eCommerce platforms and internal business systems to ensure smooth operations, accurate inventory records, optimal stock availability, and efficient order fulfilment.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce & Marketplace Operations:
- Manage day-to-day order processing and marketplace operations across multiple eCommerce platforms.
- Monitor orders, dispatch status, shipment tracking, cancellations, returns, and operational exceptions.
- Update and maintain stock availability, pricing, product information, and shipment tracking.
- Monitor and resolve operational alerts, sync issues, inventory mismatches, and system-related issues.
- Create and maintain inventory records, suppliers, SKUs, and sale items within internal systems.
- Support marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Temu, Tesco Marketplace, Shein, OnBuy, Groupon, Wowcher, and others.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and marketplace performance.
- Process courier and logistics claims and maintain accurate supporting documentation.
Inventory, Supply Chain & Demand Planning
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock availability across multiple sales channels and marketplaces.
- Analyse historical sales data, demand trends, seasonality, and business insights to support demand forecasting.
- Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.
- Monitor stock risks, potential stock-outs, overstock situations, and inventory discrepancies.
- Support stock allocation and replenishment planning based on sales performance and business requirements.
- Coordinate inbound inventory, stock reconciliation, delivery verification, and inventory updates.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock audits and compliance processes.
- Analyse demand fluctuations and identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular sales, inventory, operational, forecasting, and performance reports.
- Analyse marketplace performance and identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales forecasts, budgets, inventory plans, and operational performance.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to management and internal stakeholders.
- Use Excel and/or Google Sheets to analyse large datasets and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Identify operational inefficiencies and support process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with procurement, finance, warehouse, operations, marketplace, and management teams.
- Support automation, system improvements, and operational projects where required.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to internal processes and service-level requirements.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion with a high level of accuracy.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, marketplace management, inventory management, demand planning, supply chain, or related operational roles.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and operational data.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience with formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, reporting, and data analysis is preferred.
- Experience working with ERP, OMS, WMS, EFM, inventory management, or order management systems will be an advantage.
- Knowledge or experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Tesco Marketplace, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international business environment.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
