Role Description The Business Analyst Trainer will design and deliver training programs that build core business analysis skills for learners at various experience levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing structured training materials, facilitating interactive classroom and online sessions, creating case studies and project-based assignments, and evaluating learner performance through assessments and feedback. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends, collaborating with internal teams to refine curricula, and supporting learners with doubt-clearing sessions and mentorship. This is a part-time role based in Bengaluru, with a hybrid work model that combines on-site training and meetings with some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Strong business analysis foundations, including requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, and basic data interpretation.
- Experience designing and delivering training, workshops, or corporate learning programs, preferably in business analysis or related domains.
- Proficiency with presentation tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, collaboration suites, online meeting tools).
- Clear and structured communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, practical terms.
- Ability to engage diverse learner groups, facilitate discussions, and provide constructive feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing both in-person sessions in Bengaluru and remote training activities.
- Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and staying current with digital, analytical, and business transformation trends.
