Hiring: Business Analyst (O2C) | Contract Role
⏳ Experience: 6-8 Years
📄 Contract: 6 Months (Extendable/Convertible)
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and enterprise application ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Flows.
- Conduct Gap Analysis and support UAT activities.
- Work closely with Business, Product, Engineering, and Integration teams.
- Analyze and optimize Order-to-Cash, Order Management, Billing, and Invoicing processes.
- Support CRM, ERP, and integration transformation initiatives.
Mandatory Skills:
✅ 6-8 years of Business Analysis experience
✅ Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)
✅ Salesforce CRM
✅ NetSuite ERP
✅ MuleSoft Integration exposure
✅ Requirements Gathering, BRD, FRD, User Stories
✅ Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, UAT
✅ Stakeholder Management
✅ Agile / Scrum
Good to Have:
➕ ServiceNow Order Management
