Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the GTM integration workstream for active Mergers & Acquisitions. This is a contract engagement scoped to support a defined set of M&A integrations, with an expected end date aligned to project completion.
This individual should be highly experienced with GTM technology platforms including CRM, marketing automation, and revenue operations tooling and bring strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management fundamentals. The right candidate can operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, quickly ramp on existing systems and processes, and drive structured outcomes across cross-functional teams.
Remote engagement. Must be available to work core hours aligned to U.S. Eastern or Central time zones
About Teqfocus:
Teqfocus is a Data and AI company that helps enterprises build and scale the Agentic Enterprise — connecting the data foundation, the intelligence layer, and the applications teams run their businesses on into a single, coherent architecture.
As a Salesforce Summit Partner, we work in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Insurance, and Hi-Tech — industries where getting AI right matters and the tolerance for failure is low. Our delivery model is senior-heavy by design. The same team that scopes an engagement ships it to production. There are no junior shadow teams, no sub-contractors brought in when the problem gets hard, and no hand-off to a separate managed services vendor when the project closes.
We run an internal innovation practice that builds the reusable patterns, pre-tested architectures, and industry-specific frameworks that give every Teqfocus client a head start — and give every Teqfocus practitioner work that compounds over time.
We are a diverse, immigrant-entrepreneurial company. We were built on the conviction that the best outcomes come from people who take genuine ownership of what they build — and are trusted to do so.

What you'll do:
- Lead the creation, documentation, and presentation of business process flows (as-is and to-be) across GTM M&A integration workstreams
- Conduct due diligence analysis of acquired company GTM systems, processes, and data structures to inform integration planning
- Partner with GTM and business stakeholders to formalize functional and non-functional requirements in a user-story format
- Guide business stakeholders on industry best practices, maintaining focus on core requirements and using horizontal thinking (end-to-end, dependencies, etc.) to ensure successful integrations
- Partner with Product Owners to manage a backlog of integration work, ensuring prioritization aligns with deal timelines and business readiness
- Support Agile Scrum delivery activities, including user-story development, acceptance criteria, refinement, estimation, and backlog management.
- Collaborate with the integration team as the process SME, including source-to-target data mapping and migration requirements
- Communicate proactively and consistently by documenting decisions, assumptions, dependencies, and risks and providing clear visibility to Product Owners and impacted stakeholders throughout the M&A lifecycle.
- Follow established BSA standards and contribute to consistent working practices, standardized documentation, and reusable templates throughout the engagement.
What will help you succeed:
- 3+ years as a BSA in a technology company, with direct exposure to M&A, systems integration, or GTM transformation programs
- Salesforce experience required; experience with cross-org Salesforce migrations strongly preferred
- Boomi or other iPaaS experience, particularly in the context of data migrations and system integrations
- Familiarity with GTM tooling such as marketing automation platforms, CPQ, or revenue operations systems
- Extensive experience documenting processes, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- JIRA experience (user story writing, backlog management)
- Demonstrated ability to elicit requirements from business stakeholders and navigate conflicting requirements across multiple functions and organizations
- Prior experience supporting M&A technology due diligence, vendor assessments, or third-party integrations
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments and bring structure where it does not exist
- Organized, with attention to detail emphasizing process, completeness, and accuracy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to concisely communicate decisions, risks, escalations, and next steps to peers and senior stakeholders.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Compensation & Benefits — Market-aligned CTC, performance-based variable pay, medical insurance, PF, gratuity, and other applicable benefits.
