Medinex Workforce is hiring Business Analyst Interns for a full-time remote internship opportunity. This role is suitable for candidates who want practical exposure to business requirement analysis, documentation, process understanding, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and project support activities.

Responsibilities:
Assist in understanding business needs, project requirements, and process workflows.
Support the preparation of requirement documents, reports, and basic process notes.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and clarify task requirements.
Help analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare simple summaries, trackers, charts, and documentation for assigned work.
Assist in creating user stories, process flows, and functional requirement notes when required.
Support data review and basic analysis for business decision-making.
Participate in meetings, note key discussion points, and track follow-up actions.
Work with team members to understand project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Help maintain task trackers and project documentation.
Communicate updates clearly to the reporting team.
Complete assigned business analysis tasks within agreed timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting tools is preferred.
Familiarity with requirement documentation, flowcharts, or process mapping is an advantage.
Basic understanding of software development or IT project workflows is helpful.
Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, or MS Office is an added advantage.
Academic, personal, or internship-level business analysis projects are welcome.

Stipend: ₹15,300 per month
