Technical Business Analyst – GenAI & Agentic AI
Experience: 3–6 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a technically strong and business-oriented Technical Business Analyst with 3–6 years of experience to work on Generative AI, Agentic AI, MCP, and modern cloud-based solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Python, GenAI, Agentic AI, MCP, and AI-assisted development tools, along with the ability to communicate effectively with architects, developers, product stakeholders, and business teams.
The role requires a combination of business analysis, technical understanding, project coordination, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery. The candidate should be comfortable working in Scrum, Agile, and SAFe environments and translating business requirements into technically feasible solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
Work closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, and business stakeholders.
Understand and analyze Generative AI, Agentic AI, MCP, and AI-driven application use cases.
Translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility, solution approaches, dependencies, and risks.
Understand Python-based applications and AI/ML workflows and effectively communicate with technical teams.
Work with teams developing AI agents, LLM-powered applications, automation workflows, and MCP-based integrations.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process optimization.
Coordinate requirements, priorities, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Work within Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks and support PI Planning and related delivery activities where required.
Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, requirement documents, and other project documentation.
Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items and ensure timely resolution.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide regular project/status updates.
Support UAT planning, test-case validation, defect clarification, and business sign-off.
Ensure that business requirements are clearly understood and implemented by engineering teams.
Work closely with architects and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Contribute to project estimation, prioritization, planning, and delivery tracking.
Identify potential delivery risks and proactively communicate them to relevant stakeholders.

Preferred Profile:
3–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
Hands-on or strong working knowledge of Python, GenAI, Agentic AI, and MCP.
Experience working with AI/LLM-based products or projects will be highly preferred.
Experience with Claude Code and GitHub Copilot is required.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies with exposure to SAFe.
Should be technically sound enough to interact with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Developers, and Engineering Managers.
Experience working with AWS or GCP is an advantage.
Exposure to React, Angular, JavaScript, or other frontend technologies is an advantage.
Strong communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
