We are looking for Business Analysts to support the definition, design, implementation, and adoption of enterprise AI Assist use cases. The Business Analysts will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, reporting teams, and program leadership.
The role will be responsible for translating business needs into clearly defined requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
- Identify, document, and prioritise AI Assist use cases.
- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvement and automation.
- Prepare current-state and future-state process maps.
- Convert business needs into functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and refine the product and delivery backlog.
- Work with product owners and stakeholders to prioritise requirements based on value, effort, risk, and dependencies.
- Define expected business outcomes and success metrics for each use case.
- Identify data, integration, security, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Support developers by clarifying requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Work with QA analysts to create test scenarios and validate business acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing.
- Track requirement changes and maintain end-to-end traceability.
- Identify gaps between business expectations and delivered functionality.
- Support release planning, rollout, adoption, and change-management activities.
- Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and training material.
- Track business value realisation after implementation.
- Support executive and operational reporting on adoption and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Process Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements for enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of process mapping, backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical and functional specifications.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting UAT and business readiness activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with generative AI, conversational AI, AI Assist, knowledge-management, or automation initiatives.
- Familiarity with prompt design, AI response validation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Experience in customer service, contact centres, operations, claims, financial services, or other service-intensive business functions.
- Understanding of API integrations, data flows, and enterprise system architecture.
- Familiarity with business-value measurement and benefits tracking.
