AI-First Business AnalystAI isn't a buzzword here. It's how we work.We're looking for a Business Analyst who uses AI as a daily productivity tool — not just someone who has tried ChatGPT once.
If you can turn messy business problems into clear requirements, work confidently with clients and engineering teams, and use AI to move faster through research, analysis, documentation and testing, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do- Lead client discovery, requirement gathering and stakeholder discussions.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the bridge between clients and engineering teams.
- Support sprint planning, refinement, demos and backlog management.
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies and scope changes early.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot to accelerate research, documentation, analysis and test scenarios.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and help drive solutions from idea to delivery.
What We're Looking For- 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software product or services environment.
- Experience working directly with international clients is a plus.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data flows and system integrations.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working independently and handling ambiguity.
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
- Curious mindset — you ask “why?” before “what?”
- Comfortable experimenting with AI and finding practical ways to improve how you work.
