Role: Business Analyst – AI / GenAI
Experience: 3+ years in Business Analysis, Consulting, or Business Process Optimization
What We’re Looking For
- We need a business-focused person who can use Claude to solve real business problems — without coding.
- Strong understanding of business processes, requirements, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience using Claude / GenAI to improve business workflows.
- Ability to build Claude Projects, AI workflows, and AI Agents using no-code approaches.
- Experience with Notion, Obsidian, or similar knowledge-management tools.
- Ability to organize business knowledge, documents, processes, and instructions so Claude can work effectively.
- Strong English communication and business analysis skills.
- Claude Certified Associate is strongly preferred.
Practical Assessment
- The candidate will be given a real business scenario and asked to:
- Understand and analyze the business problem.
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization.
- Build a working solution using Claude — no coding required.
- Structure the required knowledge, instructions, prompts, and workflows.
- Demonstrate how the solution can improve the business process.
Ideal Candidate
Someone who can understand the business first and then use Claude to build the solution.
We are not looking for a software developer. We are looking for someone who can think like a Business Analyst + AI Practitioner and turn business requirements into practical no-code Claude solutions.
