Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to gather business requirements, analyze data, and support project implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Coordinate with development, testing, and project teams.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in client meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Quick learner with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, or related field.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL is an advantage.
