The Role:
We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Associate/ Sr. Associate to build and grow relationships with brands and drive revenue through creator-led marketing campaigns. You will own the brand partnership lifecycle — from identifying and pitching prospective brands to closing opportunities, building relationships, and ensuring successful campaign execution.
What You'll Do:
*Identify and build relationships with brand and marketing decision-makers across relevant categories.
* Own the end-to-end brand acquisition and partnerships funnel — prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
* Understand brand objectives, marketing challenges, and budgets to develop relevant creator-led solutions.
* Create compelling pitches and proposals in collaboration with the strategy and creator partnerships teams.
* Drive revenue by converting new brands into long-term partnerships.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with CMOs, Brand Heads, Marketing Heads, Digital Heads, and Influencer Marketing leads
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand existing accounts.
* Track pipeline, conversions, revenue, and key partnership metrics.
* Stay updated on trends across creator marketing, influencer marketing, social media, and digital advertising
What We're Looking For:
* 1-3 years of experience in Brand Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, Influencer Marketing, Media, or Digital Advertising.
* Proven ability to independently drive new business and revenue.
* Strong pitching, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective creator-led solutions.
* Strong commercial acumen and ownership mindset.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with ambitious revenue targets.
* Experience working with large brands / enterprise clients is preferred.
* Prior experience in influencer marketing, creator economy, digital media, or advertising is a strong plus.
