As our roster of premium doctor creators expands, we are looking for a sharp, high-hustle commercial driver to join our core team in Siliguri.
Role Overview:
Operating directly out of the Founder’s Office, you will be a key strategic driver for our creator vertical. Your primary mission is to hunt, pitch, and negotiate brand deals for our network of medical influencers and doctor creators. Working side-by-side with the founder, you will bridge the gap between ethical healthcare communication and corporate brand goals, ensuring all partnerships align with medical ethics while maximizing revenue for our creators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Brand Hunting: Proactively identify, pitch, and secure sponsorship and brand collaboration opportunities with pharma, wellness, lifestyle, and consumer health brands.
- Deal Negotiation & Commercials: Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations, ensuring favorable terms, usage rights, and fair pricing structures for our doctor creators.
- Founder’s Office Synergy: Assist the founder in scaling the creator management vertical, managing high-level corporate relationships, and designing pitches for strategic brand accounts.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with national media agencies, brand managers, and corporate PR teams.
- Campaign & Ethical Alignment: Vet brand requirements against strict healthcare guidelines to ensure all collaborations maintain the high ethical standards medmediaa stands for.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Track Record: 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, business development, or media sales (experience in health, wellness, or FMCG sectors is a huge plus).
- High Hustle & Agency Drive: An entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to cold-outreach, navigate corporate brand loops, and close deals independently.
- Strong Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills to represent elite medical professionals to corporate brands.
- Location Constraint: Ability to work full-time on-site out of our Siliguri office.
